This privacy statement applies to Consulimus GmbH, Zug.

The protection of your data and your privacy is important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

Personal data are all details and information relating to a specific or identifiable person. This includes your contact information such as your name, phone number, address or email address, and any other information you may provide to us.

When this Privacy Policy refers to the processing of your personal data, it means any handling of your personal data, such as storage, processing, use, deletion, etc.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data, with the exception of data automatically collected by our web hosting service provider (HostEurope) (log files).

Log-Files

Our web hosting service provider (HostEurope) automatically stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits when you use our website. These are among others:

  • browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • referrer URL

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address


This list may not be complete.

Consulimus GmbH does not use or combine this data with other data sources. An exception would be in the case of attacks on the network infrastructure or other unauthorized or abusive use of the website, for reconnaissance and defense and, if necessary, in the context of criminal proceedings for identification and civil and criminal action against the users concerned.

The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Google Maps

Our website uses the map service Google Maps on the contact page via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The use of published contact data by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertisements and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited.
